I remember reading, many years ago, that all healing is self-healing. After my own profound experiences with healing I came to more fully understand what that truly means:
What we need to heal is already
within each of us.
My journey to healing began my senior year of college when I awoke one day and couldn’t life my head up off the pillow. I wasn’t just a tired college student, I was depleted. I literally had no energy. I couldn’t think clearly. I called my best friend and asked her to take me to the doctor.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Epstein-Barr Virus. Everything I read said my life would never be the same. It wasn’t…until someone told me to see a homeopath and I got my life back.
Having studied many different healing modalities in my life, I have chosen classical homeopathy as the foundation of my integrative practice because I know from experience that it is a gentle, safe, and effective method for helping us return to our natural state of wellness.
I look forward to offering you the same opportunity for coming back to who you are and to health and well-being.

Elisabeth has been practicing homeopathy since 2011, having studied with three world-renowned homeopaths: Eric Sommermann, Val Ohanian, and Laurie Dack. Elisabeth also holds a doctorate degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota. It was in studying Sociology that she became interested in life stories. Homeopathy was the answer to how we can heal as individuals to live fulfilling lives.
